The QX-R1500 slitter rewinder is a versatile non-woven machine for spunlaced, needle punched, melt-blown and spunbound non-woven materials and works well on textiles and paper. The machine speed reaches as high as 60-90 meters/minute. Equipped with 5 groups of folding devices, this slitter rewinding machine can automatically complete the folding and rewinding processes after slitting, all at a great synchronized rate.
The automatic slitter uses CVT, making the distance between the lines adjustable at a range of 10-60cm, and also ensures the slitting face is flat and blur free. Designed with tension control devices, the roll rewinder can rewind cored or coreless rolls and can also rewind non-woven web with or without scoring. It can also be outfitted with adjustable taking up rollers to meet customer production requirements.
